Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a leading international organisation within the settlement administration and mass claims sector to appoint an experienced Project Manager. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage high-profile UK and EU collective/mass action projects for a growing global operation.
About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple cases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery across notice, claims administration, data handling, and client communication. Working closely with legal teams, IT specialists, vendors, and internal colleagues spread across the UK, EU, and US, you will play a key role in the smooth execution of complex, large-scale programs.
This position calls for a highly organised, detail-driven professional with strong analytical capability and proven experience in the mass actions or collective actions space. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple cases independently, ensuring all project stages run efficiently.
* Coordinate case setup, including development of case websites, notice programs, and media campaigns.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, deadlines, and milestone tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
* Lead claimant communication and claims review processes from end to end.
* Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and business partners to deliver seamless project execution.
* Review litigation and administration plans to develop a deep understanding of each case’s requirements.
* Support data processing – deduplication, normalisation, optimisation, and analysis – to prepare accurate reports.
* Draft and format claim forms, notices, and supporting documentation.
* Establish and implement adjudication procedures to ensure correct payment and categorisation of claims.
* Identify and resolve issues arising from claims adjudication.
* Review and oversee client invoices, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
* Ensure the protection of all personal data, maintaining strict compliance with GDPR and relevant security standards.
* Represent the organisation professionally, maintaining high levels of customer service.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
* Follow internal processes and adapt to new tasks as project needs evolve.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years’ project management experience.
* Experience in collective actions or mass actions is essential.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and confidently.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and model complex data.
* Basic understanding of web development principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to shift priorities quickly.
* Professional stakeholder presence and client-facing manner.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
