Key Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly with customers, asking the right questions and explaining your fix so they feel safe and can get on with their day.
* Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* Utilise technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, fixing vehicles by the roadside or resetting them to a garage.
* Maintain accurate records of each call and any work performed.
Required Qualifications
* NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification with appropriate experience.
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer. If you lack category BE (towing) we’ll fund it.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base salary: £29,350 plus £4,325 location allowance. The base salary is achieved on a working week on average of 40 hours. Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000.
