We are recruiting for a Support Worker – Waking Nights at Essential Care and Support Limited in Murton. Essential Care and Support is part of the National Care Group, dedicated to providing person-centred care across supported living, outreach, and day services. We support individuals with needs including Mental Health, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, and Elderly care. If you want to make a difference every day, this could be the role for you.

Role of a Support Worker: You will work with young adults with complex needs. We seek a respectful, caring individual passionate about supporting young adults to reach their potential. The role involves building positive relationships, planning goals, assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, errands, personal care, and medication administration. You will also support participation in outings and help promote independence.
