ANALYTICS CONSULTANT

We’re working with a leading digital insights and analytics consultancy to hire an Analytics Consultant to join their growing client delivery team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong digital analytics and data storytelling experience who’s ready to take full ownership of client workstreams — combining technical rigour, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in helping major brands turn data into meaningful actions that drive personalisation and performance.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting & Insights
* Deliver regular digital performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
* Build and maintain time-series dashboards across tools like Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, and Snowflake.
* Ensure reporting accuracy through data checks and campaign annotations.
Personalisation & Experimentation
* Support A/B and rules-based tests, defining hypotheses and success metrics.
* Translate insights into testable ideas and prioritise by commercial impact.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to launch and measure experiments.
Data Quality & QA
* Run QA checks to maintain data integrity and consistency.
* Monitor key tracking systems, identify anomalies, and coordinate fixes.
Client Delivery & Communication
* Act as the main client contact, managing updates and expectations.
* Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 2–4+ years’ experience in digital or marketing analytics, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment.
* Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (workspaces, segmentation) and Google Ads reporting.
* Skilled in SQL for analysis, joins, and data validation; Snowflake experience highly desirable.
* Proven ability to build dashboards in Tableau or Looker Studio with clear commercial storytelling.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
* Detail-oriented with a QA-first mindset.
* Desirable: Python (pandas/requests) for light data wrangling and automation, experience with personalisation/testing platforms, and familiarity with Contentsquare, dbt, Acquia, or Adobe Launch.
