Marketing Assistant Job in Chorley, Lancashire
in Chorley, Lancashire. You will be joining a prominent healthcare architectural team, with approximately 100 team members. The practice has earned its place on the AJ100 list and offers 3 days of working from home a week, up to £30,000 in salary, 31 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and a great work-life balance.
The team is currently searching for a Marketing Assistant to elevate the practice’s visibility. As the first person to take on this role, you’ll play a vital part in advancing the practice during its next growth phase.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Reporting to Associate Director of Business Development
2. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase this practice’s presence across social media to attract new staff, collaborators, and clients
3. Regularly updating the website, planning quality content showcasing projects, news and staff accomplishments
4. Maximise the practices’ potential organising key marketing events such as DIMHN, IHEEM, Golf or charity events
5. Collating project stats needed for bids, e.g. BREEAM, NZC, GIFA project value etc.
Required Skills & Experience
6. Previous experience working in a Marketing role is essential
7. BA(Hons) in Marketing or relevant degree, MCIM or similar
8. Fluency in Social Media Marketing
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
11. Having an active interest in architecture is desirable.
