Private Client - Partner / Senior Associate - Bournemouth - 8+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)
Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE)
A leading employee-owned regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role within a growing team at a values-driven, award-winning firm.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:
* Wills, trusts, and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Tax planning and wealth protection
* Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
* Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
* Leading business development and client relationship initiatives
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the office
Candidate Requirements
* 8+ years PQE in Private Client
* Strong technical expertise across the full range of matters
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Proven ability to win and retain high-value work
* Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
* Strong presence in the local market
