Executive Assistant An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Founder of a high-performing, private equity firm based in Mayfair. This is a unique chance to join a growing, ambitious business at an exciting stage in its journey, offering exposure to investor-facing activity and fast-paced deal environments. THE ROLE: 1:1 business support to the Founder, with minimal personal assistance required Complex diary and travel management across multiple locations and time zones Acting as a gatekeeper — managing priorities, communications, and access Supporting investor relations activity, including coordination for meetings and roadshows Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the Founder is well-prepared and organised Liaising with a small team of associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Handling ad hoc administrative tasks with a high level of discretion and efficiency The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-driven, and naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and be confident managing a busy, often unpredictable schedule. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a professional yet approachable manner. This role suits someone who is resilient, quick to learn, and enjoys building a genuine working partnership with senior leadership.
