Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (On-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Remote: Monday and Friday)
Hourly rate: £51.92
Contract Details: Temporary until 28th July 2026
Responsibilities:
* Drive the end-to-end partner/supplier experience, including negotiating and finalising contracts, executing account plans, pitching to partners, resolving partner issues, and advocating on their behalf.
* Develop and implement partner strategy through prospecting new partners and conducting industry research to align with product strategies.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product excellence and an optimal partner experience.
* Manage partner engagement by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring effective brand and reputation management.
Role Requirements:
* Proficient in oral and written communication
* Skilled in opportunity and pipeline management
* Strong in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
* Ability to navigate complexity and negotiate deals
* Expertise in project management and planning
* Effective stakeholder management and executive influence
* Solid understanding of contracts and industry knowledge
* Proven experience in business development and/or partnerships
* Familiarity with negotiation and contracting processes, including legal documentation review and drafting
* Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with third parties and internal teams
* Familiarity with advertising spaces such as search, display, and video advertising
* Background in management consulting and/or investment banking is a plus for exposure to fast-paced environments
