We are looking for a full time or part time Teaching Assistant to work within our Specialist Resourced Provision (SRP) for autistic children that is a part of our large, vibrant and inclusive primary school, where every child is encouraged to be safe, caring and ready to learn.
We have positions avialable for 30 hours per week (6 hours each day, Monday to Friday) or 15 hours per week (either Monday, Tuesday and AM on Wednesday, or PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.) Please indicate on your application form which role yo uare interested in.
The role is for 38 weeks per year (term time only). The pay scale is KSA (£24,513 per annumfor a full-time position) plus an SEN Allowance of £1,484.97 (full time, per annum). The total pro rata annual salary for a 30 hour position equates to £18,250.The total pro rata annual salary for a 15 hour position equates to £9,125.
Verification of qualifications will be required before employment can commence so pleasedo notdeclare any qualifications unless you can produce the original certificate.
A formal 30 minute interview will take place with a panel comprising of two members of the Leadership Team. Candidates will required toparticipatein a 15-minute activity with a small group of children.
