* Support students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
* Work one-to-one or in small groups under the guidance of SENCOs and classroom teachers
* Help promote inclusion, confidence and academic progress in a mainstream school setting
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday during school term time
* Previous experience in a similar role or with children/young people with SEN
* Background in residential care, youth support, or social work
* A degree in Psychology or related field
* Aspirations to become a teacher and a desire to gain practical experience
* A positive, patient and resilient attitude
* Must hold or be willing to apply for anEnhanced DBSon the Update Service
* Commitment to the full academic year starting September 2025
* Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff
* Ongoing training and professional development
* Supportive consultants to guide you through placements
