Quality System SupervisorNortech Foods | DoncasterDoncaster, UK | Full-TimeSalary £35000 to £36500 plus company benefits.Help Shape Food Safety, Quality & Compliance ExcellenceAre you passionate about food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement? Nortech Foods is looking for a proactive and driven Quality System Supervisor to join our team in Doncaster.Working closely with the Group Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and customer requirements.What You'll Be Doing? Maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems in line with BRC and legislative requirements?
Leading internal audits and supporting external audits, ensuring effective corrective actions? Monitoring food safety, legality, authenticity, GMP, and hygiene standards? Investigating complaints, non-conformances, and quality trends?
Producing quality reports, analytical summaries, and monthly quality presentations? Supporting training initiatives and promoting a strong quality culture across the site? Liaising with suppliers, customers, laboratories, and internal stakeholders?
