**Role Overview:**
As a Utility Warehouse Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services while fostering a sense of community and resilience among our members. Your experience and empathy will help colleagues navigate challenges and enhance their wellbeing, both remotely and face-to-face.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Peer Support:** Provide empathetic, confidential support to colleagues and their families, helping them manage stress and personal challenges.
- **Community Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships within the Emergency Services, Military, and NHS communities to promote wellbeing initiatives.
- **Resource Sharing:** Facilitate access to resources, tools, and services that enhance mental and emotional wellbeing.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in peer support, mental health awareness, and community outreach.
- **Flexible Support:** Offer both remote and in-person support options tailored to the needs of individuals and groups across the UK.
**Who You Are:**
- A compassionate individual with a background in peer support or community services.
- Experienced in working with Emergency Services, Military, or NHS personnel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Committed to promoting mental health and wellbeing in the community.
- Willing to travel as needed for face-to-face support sessions.
