Band 6 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Pelvic Health team at Broomfield Hospital. We are seeking a part-time band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly team.
You will manage your own varied caseload, assessing patients with diverse presentations including peri-natal, gynaecology, urology, and colorectal referrals in an outpatient setting. You must be able to work autonomously, manage your time efficiently, and support assistant staff and students.
Main duties include:
1. Delivering a wide range of pelvic health services, including continence assessment, pelvic pain management, and ante & post-natal MSK assessment.
2. Expanding pelvic health practice in a supportive environment with guidance from our skilled service lead and the MSK Outpatient Team.
3. Maintaining a clinical caseload, supervising junior staff and students, and participating in clinical teaching and training sessions.
4. Supporting service improvement and audit initiatives.
5. Providing support on post-labour wards and delivery suites, including during sickness or leave cover.

Person Specification:
Qualifications (Essential):
* HCPC registration
* Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy
Desirable qualifications include:
* Membership of specialist groups (e.g., POGP)
* Membership of CSP
* Specialist courses in pelvic health and MSK conditions
Experience (Essential):
* Pelvic health physiotherapy experience
* Audit and research experience
* Broad knowledge of pelvic health conditions
Skills (Essential):
* Good communication
* Organization, delegation, prioritization
* Ability to work under pressure
* Presentation skills
