We are looking for a highly skilled Architecture recruiter to join our newly formed Talent Acquisition Team. You’ll be delivering exceptional end to end hiring across our Architecture Studios. You’ll be working in a fast paced environment, where agility is key. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part in helping to shape the future of Talent at one of the world’s leading Architecture Practices. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team and Human Resources to create new initiatives and spot hiring trends, to help grow the business in a dynamic manner.
🎯 What you’ll do:
* Recruit mid and senior level Architects for our global Studios. This will involve searching for niche skillsets as required.You will need to use a variety of sourcing techniques, networking and relationship building to fill the roles at a fast pace.
* Tailor sourcing strategies to attract top tier design talent, with a focus on creativity, quality and fit, all whilst ensuring hiring timelines are adhered to.
* Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Use recruitment data and market insights to inform planning and improve hiring outcomes.
🎯 Who you are:
* An experienced recruiter with a strong track record across architecture hiring, and able to deliver high quality at a fast pace.
* You love a challenge; no role is too niche. You take great pride in being able to find the candidates that nobody else can.
* You are curious and enjoy having conversations with stakeholders to find out about what they are working on, and what projects your hires will work on.
* Knowledgeable about architectural hiring trends and able to use this information to help guide hiring decisions.
* Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player, you’ll be a part of a high functioning talent acquisition team. You’ll be expected to contribute ideas to help inform discussions.
* Excellent organisational skills. You can manage conflicting demands, whilst staying calm and rational under pressure.
* Ideally you will have experience of working on a global scale, with an understanding of different country cultures and legislations.
This role will be based in our head office in Battersea, and will require you onsite at least 3 days a week.
