As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a shared portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the smooth operation of properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Property Manager will be involved in all aspects of property management, including maintenance, budgeting, and tenant/landlord relations.
