Excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a prestigious Edinburgh organisation.
You will have commercial experience providing both 1st and 2nd line support for a wide range of areas and technologies including PCs, printers, applications, and systems.
Responsibilities:
* Log, prioritise, and track Service Desk calls
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve calls
* Provide updates to users on the progress of calls
* Set up and management of various user accounts
* Review and release quarantined emails
* Support of remote homeworker installations
* Creating and maintaining Service Desk documentation
Support of the following Tech:
* Dell Laptops
* Windows 11 OS
* Microsoft Office 365
* Two Factor authentication administration
* IOS mobile devices
* iManage Work10 document management software
Experience required:
* Commercial IT Support/Service Desk experience, ideally within a Professional Services sector
* Broad knowledge of IT, in particular, Microsoft OS and applications. Also good knowledge of all audio/visual technologies
* Good communicator and diplomatic – able to communicate with non-IT staff in non-technical terms
* A proactive approach to system security
* Flexible approach to teamwork
* A current drivers licence is preferable
