WEDDING & EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR

A privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire is seeking a Senior events and wedding sales executive.

You will join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced hospiitalty professional who is capable of assisting in running functions and managing day-to-day front of house operations if necessary.

MOST importantly be a team palyer, be very target driven and be happy to be very flexible. Be hands on and be ok with shift work to meet the business needs.

To excel in this role, you should be a career-minded team player with a desire for a long-term postion and be able to work independently and make your own decisions.

The position offers a competitive salary plus bonuses and a share of company profits.

Reponsibilities

* Convert sales enquires, and be proactive on new sales

* Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate accounts to drive business growth

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitlaity industry

* Collaborate with marketing teamsto create promotional materials and campaigns

* Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly

* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

* Proven experince & track record in hotel sales and hospitality

* strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships

* Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry

* Proficient in sales strategies and techniques

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities

* Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems

You must have access to your own veichle due the location of the venue
