We are recruiting experienced Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our client’s logistics operation based on Prologis Park in Coventry. This is a busy, well-organised warehouse supporting major automotive contracts, offering stable ongoing work.
The Role:
1. Operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading trailers – dock and side loading
3. Putting stock away into racking and retrieving stock for pickers
4. Working from pick sheets and scanners
5. Quality checking products
6. Supporting warehouse housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment
The Person:
7. Holds in-date Reach and Counterbalance licences (training school issued)
8. Previous experience operating both trucks in a warehouse environment
9. Strong attention to detail
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions
