EL/PL Team Leader
Aligning with internal promotions the leading Defendant lnsurance firm in Liverpool have an excellent, rare opening for a Team Leader in their industry regarded Casualty department.
You will be tasked with effectively and efficiently managing the EL/PL team dealing with defendant EL/PL claims from inception to settlement. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring the fee earning team and carrying out the full remit of managerial duties, including one2one reviews, auditing files, ensuring all targets/metrics are achieved, etc, etc.
Ideally you'll have managed a team previously, (all team leaders and ambitious fee earners are actively encouraged to apply!) with experience in all that entails. It is essential that you have adept in running EL/PL claims from start to finish as you'll be managing and training junior staff to do the same.
