We have strong links with inpatient units, locality teams, partner agencies, and third-sector organizations to provide comprehensive community services. We are also working towards accreditation for the Home Treatment team.
We seek passionate, reliable, and progressive staff who adopt a strengths and recovery-based approach. Liaising with families and supporting their understanding of crisis management is vital.
The role requires working alongside partner organizations, third sector, and peer support services, emphasizing transparency and openness.
