Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) – Derby
1. Basic: £42,000 | OTE: £50,000+ (Team Bonus)
2. 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a leading prestige Accident Repair Centre in Derby. Working with some of the world’s most desirable automotive brands, this position is ideal for a detail-focused professional who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and delivering exceptional standards.

What you’ll be doing:
11. Accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates
12. Liaising with insurers, customers, and internal teams
13. Ensuring all work is compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
14. Managing repair processes from estimate through to completion
15. Identifying additional repair opportunities and upselling where appropriate
16. Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication
What we’re looking for:
17. Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
18. Strong knowledge of accident repair processes and methods
19. Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
20. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
21. Strong communication and customer service abilities
22. ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential)
