Overview

Responsibilities
* Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
* Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
* Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet trucks, scanners) safely and efficiently
* Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular inventory checks
* Ensure all goods are stored correctly and the warehouse is kept clean and organised
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times
* Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
* Support other departments when required to meet business needs
* Ensure proper labelling and packaging of goods for shipment
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically
* Possess a valid forklift operator's license or willingness to obtain one
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software applications
* Basic IT skills (e.g. using handheld scanners or stock systems) are a plus
