About the Role:
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the factory, warehouse, and yard areas
* Collect, segregate, and safely remove rubbish and waste materials from site
* Ensure all waste is disposed of in line with company procedures and health and safety guidelines
* Support with general upkeep of communal areas, walkways, and storage spaces
* Carry out any other reasonable cleaning or site support duties as required by the business
* Assist with the safe handling and movement of heavy goods and materials
* Use equipment and tools correctly to ensure safe and efficient cleaning practices
* Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to keep the site operating smoothly
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience of cleaning a factory or manufacturing site
* A FLT Licence would be advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve targets
* A strong team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team
* Excellent timekeeper and work attendance
* A willingness to undertake further training
