Join our client's prestigious automotive brand as a Front of House Host, where you'll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional first impression for all Park Lane and Park Royal customers. This is a pivotal role providing outstanding service across both the sales and aftersales departments.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within luxury automotive, luxury retail, or premium hospitality environments is essential.
This full-time role offers a 40-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis across Park Lane and Park Royal sites. Flexibility is key to ensure full coverage during opening hours, including bank holidays.
Park Lane (Showroom) 09:00 - 18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 09:00 - 20:00 Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday
Park Royal 07:30 - 18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 07:30 - 20:00 Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 Saturday
While Thursday is a late-night opening, occasional later finishes may be required for exclusive events.
Your Time at Work
As a Front of House Host, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every guest upon arrival.
- Offering refreshments and ensuring the showroom and reception areas reflect the brand's luxury standards at all times.
- Adhering to Park Lane's uniform, brand, and personal appearance guidelines.
- Confidently showcasing vehicle features, technology, and brand benefits to customers.
- Providing personalised, anticipatory hospitality throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborating with the Front of House Manager to uphold and enhance service excellence.
- Liaising with sales and aftersales teams to ensure appointments run smoothly and the customer experience feels seamless.
- Managing all reception calls and emails with professional, polished etiquette.
- Overseeing appointment scheduling and maintaining smooth customer flow.
- Handling VIP and GKL clients with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a truly bespoke experience.
- Supporting internal and client meetings, including preparing rooms, refreshments, and lunches.
- Escalating maintenance, IT, or Health & Safety concerns promptly.
- Assisting with administrative duties and providing event support for out-of-hours company functions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through feedback and participation in team meetings and training.
