Job Title: Litigation Solicitor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing law firm, who are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 1-2+ years PQE to join their expanding Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle a broad range of contentious matters while playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth.
What you’ll do:
* Act on a varied litigation caseload, including civil, commercial, and property disputes
* Handle contractual disputes, debt recovery matters, and landlord and tenant litigation
* Manage cases independently, including drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings and trials, and conducting negotiations
* Provide clear, strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process
* Work collaboratively with senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters
* Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the litigation practice

* Qualified solicitor with 1-2+ years PQE in litigation
* Strong technical knowledge across civil, commercial, and property litigation
* Confident managing a caseload autonomously
* Commercially aware with a practical approach to dispute resolution
