Overview
Support our NHS colleagues by joining our IT Service Desk team in Cornwall! We provide a first line service desk to more than 12,000 clinicians and support staff across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, recording and triaging around 140,000 requests and incidents a year.
Responsibilities
* Work under pressure every day, maintaining friendliness, great rapport with customers and a robust sense of humour.
* Provide first‑line support for Office 365 and related productivity apps.
* Support backend administration tasks and troubleshoot issues for Teams and Active Directory/Azure.
* Communicate effectively using verbal, listening and writing skills across multiple channels.
Qualifications
* Existing skills in Office 365, with backend administration as a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge of Teams, Active Directory/Azure and other office or productivity applications.
* Experience working in a front‑line support role.
* Excellent verbal, listening and writing skills.
