Hybrid Role Details
This role requires two days in person (every Tuesday & Wednesday) at our London‑based office in Soho.
About The Role
As Business Development Lead, you will translate Taskrabbit's Global External Partnerships strategy to a regional go‑to‑market plan that considers the needs and dynamics of Taskrabbit's European market. You’ll pitch Taskrabbit's services to potential B2B partners, bring them on board, and nurture relationships with active partners. You’ll also collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure the success and growth of Taskrabbit's European partners.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in business development and partner management, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to reaching results.
What You'll Work On
* Build, socialize and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that accelerates partner revenue growth in Europe.
* Identify, segment, prioritize, and contact businesses who could benefit from a partnership with Taskrabbit and the services offered by Taskers on our platform.
* Pitch the Taskrabbit value proposition to prospective partners, help them understand how our platform works, and what it can offer to them and their customers.
* Manage relationships and communication with existing partners, connecting with them regularly to create incremental value for both parties.
* Analyze and report on performance, and share with key stakeholders leading to real business actions.
* Prioritize, execute, and influence performance improvement actions, both internally and externally.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to achieve your aims and hit your OKRs.
Your Areas of Expertise
* London-based or able to commute to a central London office (two days in office).
* Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably in sales, business development, and/or account management.
* Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment; startup experience is a plus.
* Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Analytical and operational execution skills.
* Occasional travel required.
Compensation & Benefits
Taskrabbit's approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is £78,000‑£105,000, representative of base pay only and excluding other total cash compensation. Final offer amounts may vary based on experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
