Our client is a friendly, fully private dental practice based near Royal Leamington Spa, and we’re looking for a Dental Nurse to join their team. The role would suit someone who’s confident, organised, and genuinely passionate about patient care. This clinic offers a wide range of treatments including cosmetic dentistry, so this is a great opportunity if you’re keen to build on your chairside skills and get more hands-on experience with procedures like Invisalign, whitening, and facial aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the dentist during procedures: Handing instruments, preparing materials, suctioning, and ensuring the patient is comfortable. * Sterilising instruments: Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilised to prevent infection. * Setting up the surgery: Preparing the dental room and equipment before each patient. * Maintaining infection control standards: Following protocols for hygiene and cross-contamination. * Maintaining patient records: Updating charts, treatment plans, and appointment histories. * Mixing dental materials: Such as fillings, impression materials, and cements.
