We are a city centre based, family run import business. This is a fairly broad role but our key focus is on high quality customer service, organizing the office and a keen eye to detail. The candidate must be well organized, reliable and a team player. This is mainly an office based role but on some occasions a small amount of organizing returned items will be needed. The candidate must therefore be physically fit and strong enough for a small amount of manual handling if needed. The candidate must also have very good English skills to deal with emails and customers. Job brief The office administrator ensures smooth running of our companys offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities Coordinateoffice activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Deal with customers calls and customer service related issues Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Photoshop / photo editing experience needed to edit photos of products etc Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Trackstocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary - this may be covering a small amount of physical work if needed so candidate must be physically strong and able Requirements and skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures Good knowledge of MS Office Previous basic experience working with Photoshop or a similar photo editing software is essential This is a PERMANENT JOB POSITION - PENDING A 6 MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD. Paid annual leave is also included with the job and a full pension scheme. Free parking is provided. Hours of work would be 8:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Weekends closed.
