Coventry City Council is building a new, forward-thinking team within our Skills for Employment and Adult Education (SEAE) service – and we want you to be part of it.
We’re looking for passionate, people-focused individuals to join us as Job Coaches in our Connect to Work programme. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to be part of a fresh approach to employment support, helping Coventry residents overcome barriers and unlock their potential.
What You’ll Do
As a Job Coach, you’ll:
1. Work 1:1 with residents from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them build confidence and skills to enter or re-enter the workforce.
2. Facilitate training sessions and provide on-the-job coaching during placements or employment.
3. Triage for the Connect to Work customers
