Are you a highly organised, detail-driven administrator with experience in digital marketing, property, or affiliate account support?
At McCarthy Stone, we are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring our retirement developments are accurately and compellingly presented across leading property platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a solid working knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
You will have experience working in an administrative or marketing support role where accuracy, coordination, and performance tracking are essential. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, you’ll bring excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data to support decision-making.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with internal teams and external partners, able to build positive working relationships, and proactive in identifying improvements. With a practical understanding of systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office, you will be comfortable producing reports, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring listings and campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

What You Will Do:
* Platform & Listing Management: Ensure all developments are accurately presented, optimised, and brand-compliant across affiliate property platforms.
* Affiliate Account Support: Manage day-to-day coordination with affiliate partners, supporting onboarding, updates, and ongoing account performance.
* Performance & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on lead generation and ROI, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Compliance & Governance: Maintain regulatory compliance, brand standards, and data integrity across all listings and systems.
What We are Looking For:
* Experience in an administrative, digital marketing, property, or affiliate support role.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
