Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a growing Audit & Accounts team within a well-established professional services firm. This role offers strong progression prospects, a supportive working environment, and exposure to a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members
* Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with relevant standards
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver added value to clients
* Support senior management with business development and internal initiatives
Candidate Profile
* ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified (finalist), or equivalent
* Experience in audit and accounts within a professional practice environment
* Currently operating at Assistant Manager level, or a high-performing Audit Senior ready to step up
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven
