Are you passionate about aligning HR strategies with business goals? We're recruiting an HR Business Partner at Old Mill to support our Client Service Teams (CSTs) across five offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities
* Support employee development, talent management, and engagement initiatives
* Champion organisational change, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
* Provide expert guidance on employment policies, employee relations, and HR best practices
* Manage and coach two HR team members, fostering their growth and success
* Design and facilitate workshops to support employee development, change management, and team engagement

Requirements
With proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in professional services, you'll bring:
* Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
* Expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and change management
* A proactive, solution-focused approach and commercial mindset
* Confidence to coach, influence, and challenge constructively
* A commitment to Old Mill's values and a passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Experience designing and running workshops
* Driving licence essential for travel between our five offices
* Prefer CIPD Level 5/7 qualification
