Teach Group are seeking a suitably experienced Accounts Assistant to be part of our thriving team.
We are education recruitment specialists and you could be joining our Welwyn Garden City office on a part time basis - Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch.
We are one of the region's leading agencies matching talented professionals with their preferred classroom roles.
Teach Group can offer the right candidate a competitive salary of £18,000 to £25,000 depending on experience (pro rata). Your holiday entitlement: 20 days per year plus statutory bank holidays.
Key duties and responsibilities of the accounts assistant are:
* Raise high volumes of invoices.
* Customer account reconciliations
* Resolve account discrepancies.
* Maintain great relationships with our clients.
* Professional manner and timely working
In addition, you must have the following qualities and skills:
. Excellent numerical ability
- Ability to take the initiative and problem solve
Strong data entry skills
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Xero is preferred.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
