Job Description Job Title: Finance Analyst Working Pattern: Full time – Hybrid (approx. 3 days per week in office) Working Location: Bristol/Hybrid What you will be doing As a Finance Analyst supporting the UK & International Naval programmes, you will provide essential financial insight and management reporting that drives informed decision-making and helps optimise programme performance. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear operational insights, influencing forecasting, risk management, and strategic planning. Responsibilities You’ll be playing a key role in financial analysis and reporting to support the success of naval programmes. You’ll be: Preparing and posting management journals to ensure accurate reflection of financial performance Analysing financial data and translating numbers into clear operational stories for stakeholders Collaborating closely with the programme management team and other key business partners Supporting forecasting, variant analysis, and risk management activities to inform decision-making Managing priorities effectively and delivering timely, insightful reports to influence programme outcomes Why Rolls-Royce?
