We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Seasonal Associate to join our team. Duties
* Assist customers with their purchases, providing friendly and professional service
* Support merchandising efforts by organising displays and stock replenishment
* Upsell products to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and stockroom
* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Provide information about products and store policies using effective communication skills
* Manage time efficiently to ensure all duties are completed within scheduled shifts
* Handle phone enquiries with courteous phone etiquette
* Support team members during busy periods by sharing organisational tasks
* Contribute to a welcoming environment through positive attitude and organisational skills
Experience
* Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly beneficial
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
* Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately
* Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy workspace
* Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during shifts
* Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer enquiries
* Experience in merchandising or upselling is a plus but not mandatory
