We are an independent restaurant specialising in Chinese style dumplings with a wider pan Asian menu. We are opening a new location and are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in food production.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and create innovative menus and baked goods
- Ensure food quality meets high standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Experience in Hospitality or Culinary industry
- Proficient in supervising kitchen operations
- Strong background in restaurant kitchen management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Expertise in food production techniques
