We are delighted to be working with a well-regarded and welcoming mainstream primary school in Enfield (EN1), currently seeking a full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team with an immediate start.

Role Overview
* Position: Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN Support)
* Location: Enfield, EN1
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Full-time, temporary (until July 2026, with potential extension)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (term time only)
* Pay: From £90 per day
In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year's experience working within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 in the UK
* Up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last year)
* Strong understanding of supporting pupils with SEN
* A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold the right to work in the UK
* Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
* Provide two professional references covering the last two years (child-related)
