Class 2 DriversPay: £15 per hourShifts: 8-11 hours, various shiftsStart Times: Between 05:00 and 06:00Work Type: Palletised deliveries, occasional handball, sometimes with a driver’s mateJob Overview:Rapier Employment is looking for reliable and experienced Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Northampton. You’ll be delivering goods to various locations, ensuring each delivery is made safely, efficiently, and professionally. This is a great opportunity for drivers who value flexibility and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
* Follow planned delivery routes to multiple destinations
* Complete vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
* Accurately manage delivery paperwork
* Comply with all transport and road safety regulations
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Report accidents, defects, or any issues promptly
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* CPC qualification
* At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
* No more than 3 points on licence (no major endorsements)
* Strong understanding of road safety laws
* Ability to work independently and manage your time
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts
