Description
* Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Profile
A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have
* A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
