We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of renewable energy products and services.
In this role, you'll work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales administrators to deliver sales predominantly through the TPI broker channel. You'll be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in expanding our customer base and helping clients reduce their carbon footprint.
Responsibilities:
* Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and exceed sales targets.
* Negotiate and Close: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
* Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within the energy sector. You should be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to simplify technical products for clients.
Essentials:
* Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
* Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
We're looking for candidates who can visit the office in Chippenham once a week.
