You’ll be joining a fast-moving team where Tech meets Marketing, helping shape how we show up online and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including. Website Development & Maintenance Develop and maintain our WordPress site (and some Webflow), including coding custom modules and templates. Implement design updates such as fonts, styling, layouts, and page builds. Ensure websites are mobile-first, responsive, and optimised for accessibility and usability. Performance & Troubleshooting Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply bug fixes swiftly. Keep WordPress, plugins, and hosting environment (WP Engine) updated, secure, and optimised. Integrations & Tracking Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools (CRM, contact forms, analytics, plugins). Implement tracking and reporting across campaigns using GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tracking. Collaboration & Creative Execution Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to build and launch new web pages and modules. Collaborate with designers to bring creative concepts to life with precision and flair. Technical SEO & Best Practices Support technical SEO best practices including page speed, structure, schema, and metadata. At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. In addition to those core values, as a Website Manager you should have; Proven experience managing and developing WordPress websites (Webflow experience a plus). Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Git- GitHub and Bitbucket). Experience with WP Engine or similar hosting platforms. Familiarity with SEO, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations. A keen eye for design and usability, with a collaborative mindset.
