A brilliant opportunity has come up for an experienced Paid Media specialist to sgtep into a Head of Paid Media within a leading digital agency during an exciting period of growth.
This is a senior role that blends strategy, leadership and commercial awareness. You’ll take ownership of the paid media function, leading a talented team and ensuring campaigns deliver real results for clients.

The Role:
As Head of Paid Media, you’ll set the direction for all paid activity across Search, Social, Programmatic and emerging channels. You’ll work closely with the senior team to develop strategy, improve efficiency and maintain best practice standards across every account.
You’ll act as a senior point of contact for key clients, providing guidance, insight and commercial direction. You’ll also support business development activity, helping to shape proposals, audits and pitches that showcase the agency’s expertise.
It’s a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the agency’s paid media strategy across multiple platforms.
* Oversee campaign performance, optimisation and reporting to ensure measurable results.
* Manage, coach and develop a growing team of paid specialists.
* Implement clear processes, systems and quality controls across the department.
* Play an active role in client strategy sessions and performance reviews.
* Support new business pitches and present paid media solutions to prospective clients.
* Work closely with SEO, CRO and web teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Keep up to date with new tools and technologies that improve performance.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in paid media within an agency setting in a lead/senior role.
* Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Programmatic.
* Confident leading a team and developing individual skillsets.
* Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency, profitability and client retention.
* Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Analytical and data-driven with a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Keen to explore new technology and evolving trends in the digital space.
