Conveyancing Paralegals - Residential

Our client is seeking motivated Conveyancing Paralegals to join their teams in Sunderland office. You will play a vital role in supporting clients through their home buying and selling journey while collaborating with Conveyancers to create a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full assistance and support to Conveyancers on all transactional matters.
* Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth communication.
* Maintain our case management system and progress key milestones.
* Issue sale contract packs and prepare sale reports.
* Obtain redemption statements and draught completion statements and invoices.
* Undertake relevant searches and prepare transfer deeds, SDLT, and tenancy declarations.
* Compile completion packs and manage calls to clients and third parties.
* Handle Conveyancer calls and visitors when they are unavailable.
* Perform any other administrative duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the transaction.
