Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a talented and motivated IT Service Management Lead to oversee Service Relationship Management, Service Design and Transition, and Service Level Management within the organization.
This role is critical within the EMEA region, responsible for the processes and technology used to plan, deliver, and support IT services. The function ensures continuous improvement in all IT Service Management practices, providing a rigorous framework for the introduction and evolution of IT services.
Key Skills and Experience:

* Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
