We're recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a fast-growing independent estate agency to work across both sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to maximise earnings while building a long-term career in the industry.
This is a diverse role covering both sales and lettings, offering excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle, along with clear progression opportunities within a growing business.
The Role
As an Estate Agent, you will:
1. Register buyers and tenants and match them with suitable properties
2. Carry out property viewings across sales and lettings portfolios
3. Negotiate offers and agree lets and sales
4. Support both sales progression and lettings processes
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and applicants
6. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
7. Work in a target-driven environment focused on performance and results
8. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Estate Agent Requirements
9. Experience within lettings or residential property sales
10. Strong negotiation and closing ability
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude
13. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
