Health Care Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated person with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate a proactive attitude to learning the skills required for the role.

Main duties of the job
To deliver person centred care according to a patient's individual care plan under the supervision of qualified staff, adhering to trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
