You’ll be the go-to person for managing our most critical Technology Service Partners—think of yourself as the commercial compass guiding these relationships. From negotiating smarter contracts to spotting opportunities for cost optimisation, you’ll make sure every agreement delivers maximum value. You’ll also be the key escalation point, ensuring our partnerships are not just functional, but flourishing.
You won’t just be ticking boxes. You’ll be shaping how we work with our partners—leading Quarterly Business Reviews, driving continuous improvement, and keeping a sharp eye on performance and innovation. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, and your insights will directly influence Specsavers’ strategic IT 3rd party goals
You’ve got a solid track record in commercial contract management and know how to get the best out of tech service providers. You’re confident negotiating terms, meticulous with documentation, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. If you’ve got a background in IT procurement, commercial contracts & have Advanced Excel skills, and have experience working across international and cross-cultural teams, we want to hear from you!
