Act as a keyliaison for families, providing clear, compassionate communication andemotional support throughout the care journey.
Oversee staffscheduling and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate coverage andcontinuity of care at all times.
Drive clinicalquality and safety through regular audits, incident reviews, and continuousimprovement initiatives aimed at improving outcomes.
Facilitateregular stakeholder meetings, building and maintaining strong workingrelationships with external agencies, care providers, and regulatory bodies.
