ARC Group are recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a new build project in Fakenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join a principal contractor on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out site inductions and ensure Health & Safety compliance
* Review and manage RAMS, COSHH, Lift Plans etc.
* Work to site programmes and schedules
* Supervise trades and subcontractors on site
* Coordinate with the Site Engineer on setting out, cut/fill requirements
* Oversee all civils works including drainage, kerbing, ducting, foundations, attenuation, and surfacing
* Maintain quality standards across all works
* Communicate effectively with the client, project team, and workforce
